Proof Our Judicial System Is Corrupt

Thousands of people have been exonerated from criminal convictions over the past 10 years. But to blame mere incompetence or negligence would be a mistake. In the majority of these cases, it was criminal and unethical behavior by the courts that put these individuals behind bars in the first place. And this extends all the way up the ladder to the Supreme Court.

When you read the following appeal document you’ll begin to understand what I mean and how corrupt the system has become.

Corruption is the abuse of power by a public official or any organized system in which part of the system is either not performing duties it was originally intended to, or performing them in an improper way, to the detriment of the system’s original purpose.

A common belief is that corruption is a judge taking bribes. The tragic reality of the world’s biggest corrupt legal system -America’s rigged courts, bribed judges, fake and phony trials, extortion by lawyers, and over 2 million prisoners in the USA jails.

The reality is that the United States of America, which proclaims itself the “land of freedom”, has the most dishonest, dangerous and crooked legal system of any developed nation. Legal corruption is covering America like a blanket. The corruption of the USA legal system is well-known, but also well-hidden, by the news services of America’s corporate-owned media. The US media companies are afraid both of reprisal and of the social revolution that would come from exposing the truth.

To summarize…

Police initiate a search of Huskisson’s home BEFORE getting a search warrant. And because they obtained the warrant after the search took place, the appeals court ruled that was within due process and any evidence obtained could be used.

The government even conceded the illegal entry, but counters that a later-issued search warrant rendered this ok.

It goes on to say… There is no dispute that law enforcement entered Huskisson’s house illegally: entering a home without a warrant is directly proscribed by the language of the Fourth Amendment, which guarantees “[t]he right of the people to be secure in their … houses … against unreasonable searches and seizures … .”

AND THEY STILL RULED AGAINST Huskisson.

All this shows is that there is a clear crisis of credibility and due process within the criminal justice system. Next time it could be you.
