Complaint Dismissed in Indiana – Prosecution Withdraws
A big congrats to Dale in Indiana for taking a principled stand against the predators and getting a prosecutor to withdraw their false charges. Dale was accused of violating the code in Indiana. I guess telling you that you NEVER enter a plea under ANY circumstances after you have opened your mouth and done so would be just a bit late and useless at this point, but it’s a fact nonetheless.
