70-Year-Old Abused and Arrested By Power Tripping Cop for Walking with a Gold Club Cane

Seattle, WA — A 70-year-old retired Air Force veteran was abused and arrested for absolutely no reason at all. William Wingate, a man with no criminal record, was walking down the street, as he does every day, using a golf club, which he has re-purposed in to a cane. He’s been using this cane/golf club for 20 years. On July 9, 2014, however, his daily walk would cross paths with overzealous Seattle Police officer, Cynthia Whitlach. Completely out of the blue, at 1:00 in the afternoon, Whitlach pulls up to Wingate and demands he drop his cane. Wingate, obviously surprised and confused as to what was going on, tries to figure out exactly what it is Whitlach wants. “Drop the golf club!” screams the officer, seemingly jacked up on her authority. “What? this is my golf club,” says Wingate having absolutely no idea why Whitlach is demanding he drop it. “You just swung that golf club at me,” Whitlach yells. “No, I did not!” exclaims Wingate. “Right back there,” Whitlach says back. “It was on audio and video tape.” The fact that Wingate never swung the golf club at Whitlach and no video was ever produced showing this, did not stop this tyrant from kidnapping and caging this innocent man. “On the video, Officer Whitlach can be heard insisting that the recording would show Wingate swinging his golf club at her and hitting a stop sign with it. According to the SPD, there exists no video to back up this claim. The allegation that he swung at the police car counld not be corroborated by any other facts and was not caught on any video. What was caught on video was him minding his own business with the golf club at his side.” The video of this incident is saddening and deplorable. To watch an innocent man, minding his own business while out for a walk on a beautiful day, be deprived of his freedom by a cop on a power trip, is disheartening, to say the least. The privately owned corporate Federal Reserve System’s debt has cleverly been renamed “The National Debt”, to suggest that this is the American public debt. However, it is not America’s debt but rather Israel’s Debt and the private Federal Reserve’s corporate debt and yet we have been deceived into thinking and believing the complete opposite by the corporate slave drivers through their use of patriotic slogans like: “This is the cost of freedom!” By the end of World War I, wartime costs had depleted the treasury and there were several really bad financial panics. The country needed to print more money than it had as equity to restore confidence in the money supply and get the economy back on its feet. When you or I need more money, we use something as collateral and go to a bank for a loan. When a country needs more money it has to go somewhere also. But in 1913 there wasn’t anywhere to go. So the US created the Federal Reserve Act. This established a private central bank (The Federal Reserve Bank) that would regulate the amount of money the US government was allowed to borrow and put in circulation. It also would expect to be repaid, like any bank, with interest. But after only 20 years things went from bad to worse. During Franklin D. Roosevelt’s presidency, in 1933, the US was unable to pay its debt. The county was bankrupt. The private banks that made up the Federal Reserve demanded their money and Roosevelt responded. Americans Microchipped?

Was this 2010 excerpt from NBC predicting RFID implanted in Americans in 2017 or are they the mouth piece for the beast? If you take the RFID Microchip they can TRACK your every move, Control your MONEY, Control your FOOD and possible even KILL you if you don’t obey! Wait, don’t they do that now? We will save that for another time. Remember, they do things over time to condition the population into think this is normal. Please understand, you are just a number to the government. A RFID Chip is the governments means to control you for the rest of your life. Please note that some research has been done on this issue. It is believed that the RFID legislation was removed from the final Obamacare bill. We could find no such evidence. But the fact that such language was ever considered should be disturbing. Law Proposed To Let Police Enter Homes Without Warrants

Are you awake yet? You better start waking up soon. A new bill has been proposed which would allow police officers to enter any home, regardless of whether or not they have a warrant. This bill effectively removes any protections people have from unreasonable search and seizure, and opens the door for unprecedented abuse of powers. Are we still the United States> A warrantless search is just wrong. There is no reason to kick in someones door and search their home. Under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, part of the Bill of Rights, which provides that, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” When are we going to stand up America? When are we going to speak. “When they came for me, there was no one left to speak up.” The quote above speaks volumes. Thieves and Thugs Threaten Your Property but, it’s not who you think. Civil Asset Forfeiture by police and government has become a hot topic lately. Every year, federal and state law enforcement agents seize hundreds of millions of dollars from civilians during traffic stops, simply by asserting that they believe the money is connected to some illegal activity and without ever pursuing criminal charges. Under federal law and the laws of most states, they are entitled to keep most (and sometimes all) of the money and property they seize. As crazy as it sounds, civil asset forfeiture laws allow the government to seize property without charging anyone with a crime. Until The government is allowed to keep whatever property it seized without ever having to prove a case. Seized property is presumed guilty and could be forfeited based upon mere hearsay or even worse a tip supplied by by an informant who stood to gain up to 25% of the forfeited assets. We are forced into the a situation of trying to prove a negative—that something never happened, even though no proof of any illegal act had been offered at trial. Newspapers and television stories across the nation documented hundreds of cases of innocent citizens wrongfully deprived of their homes, businesses and livelihoods. Eighty percent of property forfeited to the US during the previous decade was seized from owners who were never even charged with a crime! Where is Due Process of Law?
