The NSA Is In Your Computers

NSA Undermining All Computers Everywhere The new crisis in trustworthy hard drives is one of the greatest threats to technology. It appears that the complacency or conspiracy of including Samsung, Western Digital, Seagate, Maxtor, Toshiba and Hitachi manufacturers of hard drives is just outrageous. The only way to clean this up is to simply refuse to buy any computer with a drive of those manufacturers. Someone has to FORCE these companies to choose between doing business or being a dog on a leash. Infecting the firmware is outrageous and uncovering this giant gap in security means that hackers will now start to look how to access that and there goes all your credit card, banking info, and identity. Any politicians who supports the NSA in such a venture should be voted out of office. These people are sending us back to stone age and pigeon post. The is a huge opportunity now for someone to step up and offer SSD drives certified to be secure with no hidden firmware. Are you awake Yet? How Do We Elect Our Leaders and How Is It Working Out for Us?

Mike Rowe’s Facebook page has become a destination for common sense and words of wisdom on the internet. Rarely do you find someone speaking such honest truths that people on the left or the right come together in praise. Recently, Scott Walker has come under scrutiny for not finishing college, but now he’s a favorite for the GOP presidential nomination. Is he qualified? A fan of Mike’s named Kyle said, “Howard Dean recently criticized Gov Scott Walker for never finishing college, stating that he was “‘unknowledgeable.’ What would your response be on college as a requirement for elected office?” After recounting his audition for a job at QVC, for which he had no typical experience but qualified by talent, Mike explained why he felt Howard Dean was way off in his criticism of Scott Walker. “Look at how we hire help – it’s no so different than how we elect leaders. We search for work ethic on resumes. We look for intelligence in test scores. We search for character in references. And of course, we look at a four-year diploma as though it might actually tell us something about common-sense and leadership,” Rowe wrote. “Obviously, we need a bit more from our elected officials than the instincts of a home shopping host, but the business of determining what those ‘qualifications’ are is completely up to us. We get to decide what matters most. We get to decide if a college degree or military service is somehow determinative. We get to decide if Howard Dean is correct.” “Anyone familiar with my foundation knows my position. I think a trillion dollars of student loans and a massive skills gap are precisely what happens to a society that actively promotes one form of education as the best course for the most people. I think the stigmas and stereotypes that keep so many people from pursuing a truly useful skill, begin with the mistaken belief that a four-year degree is somehow superior to all other forms of learning. And I think that making elected office contingent on a college degree is maybe the worst idea I’ve ever heard.” “But of course, Howard Dean is not the real problem. He’s just one guy. And he’s absolutely right when he says that many others will judge Scott Walker for not finishing college. That’s the real problem.” The full post is below: Hi Kyle Back in 1990, The QVC Cable Shopping Channel was conducting a national talent search. I had no qualifications to speak of, but I needed a job, and thought TV might be a fun way to pay the bills. So I showed up at The Marriott in downtown Baltimore with a few hundred other hopefuls, and waited for a chance to audition. When it was my turn, the elevator took me to the top floor, where a man no expression led me into a suite and asked me to take a seat behind a large desk. Across from the desk, there was a camera on a tripod. On the desk was a digital... read more

Economic Fraud by JP Morgan Chase and the Government

While it’s well known that banks destroyed the economy, it’s not known what exactly happened during the 2008 crisis. Phrases like “toxic assets” and “securities fraud” float around, but does anyone really know precisely what occurred behind closed doors at one of the biggest banks in the world? Whistleblower Alayne Fleischmann does. Her story brings to the public details that would have been forever lost, if a certain group of people had their way. The cliff’s notes version of the article is as follows: • In 2006, JP Morgan Chase began taking on toxic assets. At the time, the mortgage market was booming. The company may have assumed that it would continue gaining profits over time regardless of what they did. • Fleischmann was discouraged from sending e-mails to her boss regarding her concerns about the company standing to lose massive amounts of money. When she wrote a physical letter about those same concerns, she assumed that the company would stop because evidence existed that they knew what was going on. This would mean they would not be able to say they didn’t know about the problem in court. • From 2008, when the market began collapsing, to the present day of 2014, the Department of Justice has not only failed to prosecute anyone in JP Morgan Chase, but has instead accepted bribes called fines in exchange for looking the other way. Thus far, no one at Chase has been brought up on charges, much less been convicted of anything. Why did this occur? And why are the banks still getting away with all manner of crimes while they laugh all the way to record profits? The banks were ordinarily held in check by rules and regulations which prevented them from engaging in fraudulent practices. The fraud, in this case, was Chase, as a company, exaggerating the value of their investments. They deliberately chose to fudge their underwriting whistleblowerprocess. When this first occurred, the government should have stepped in. Regulations dictate what penalties exist for what behavior. Yet, no one actually enforced those regulations. Where Chase was concerned, the regulations meant little more than suggestions. A lack of enforcement had turned absolute laws which were always to obeyed into flimsy laws that could be disregarded at any time. It took a whistleblower for someone to step in. The government’s reasoning for refusing to prosecute Chase and other banks like it lies in the fines that banks have to pay to get out of being summoned to court for the crimes they committed. As more and more violations occur, more and more fines are being paid. The government was, and continues to be, happy to accept money in exchange for dismissing charges. The simple reality of it all is this: an individual can break the law with impunity as long as they have the money to pay for it. Publicly, US Attorney General Eric Holder cited the “economic harm” that would come from throwing the book at people who broke the law. Even while the government had a star whistleblower... read more

What is Wrong with People? Fundraiser Set Up For Cop Who Paralyzed Innocent Grandfather

An online fundraiser for Madison police officer Eric Parker, who is facing charges of third-degree assault after brutally attacking 57-year-old Sureshbhai Patel, who does not speak English, has raised over $3,000 in only three days. The campaign- that has currently been shared nearly 600 times on Facebook, has a goal of $10,000 and 28 days left to reach it. Sureshbhai Patel is an Indian citizen who had come to the United States to help his son and his wife with their new baby as his son went back to school for his master’s degree. The innocent grandfather was taking a morning walk on February 6, when a neighbor called the police. The neighbor described the gentleman as, “a skinny black guy, he’s got a toboggan on, he’s really skinny.” When police arrived to unjustly harass him, he could not understand their commands or what the situation was. This resulted in the barbaric Officer Parker throwing him face first into the ground while holding his hands behind his back. Patel was left temporarily paralyzed and hospitalized with fused vertebrae, all because he could not understand what the officers were saying to him. The man had simply been out for a walk and had committed absolutely no crime to warrant being approached, let alone assaulted. The department has publicly apologized to the family and arrested the officer. He was freed the same day on a $1,000 bond. Who in their right mind can watch the dashcam video of this incident, and somehow think that officer Parker is the victim? Are people so blinded by the blue line that they cannot see a criminal act when it is explicitly captured on video and shown to them? This is now how to interact with the public. The video clearly shows this guy was doing nothing wrong. To make things worse, someone setup a fund raise for this... read more

You Be The Judge – Are Police More Dangerous To Citizens Than Criminals?

Update This cop was criminally charged in this incident and fired. It was determined he used unnecessary force. Is it me or are the police more dangerous to the public than criminals? Why is this not in the news? There are no words for this. Can you see any reason for this officer to take this man down the way he did? Any reason? The man is not struggling in any way and it seemed to office had his hands. So what gives? This police officer injured him seriously. He had to undergo surgery to fuse two vertebrae in his spine and that he was still unable to move his left leg. And for what? He was just out for a walk. This should piss you off America. When are you going to say no more from tyrannical government? They use force, threat and violence to get you to comply. Are you awake Yet? Liberal 2nd Amendment Argument In HILARIOUS Video

We’ve all heard the argument coming from the left claiming the Second Amendment was only designed with the use of muskets in mind. As one conservative recently explained in a comical spiel, they’re “dead wrong.” The remarks were made by Steven Crowder, a contributor for Truth Revolt, through a video that completely obliterates the liberal argument. According to gun grabbing schmucks, the Second Amendment was created to ensure American citizens the right to hunt … with a musket. Leftists argue that our Founding Fathers were so ignorant, that they could have never imagined technological advancements in the world of weaponry that were yet to come. Furthermore, they state that the Constitution’s creators would have never allowed Americans to have the guns that are available today. As Crowder makes clear, you’d have to be an idiot to actually believe that. The Founding Fathers already knew weapons had made and would continue to make significant advancements. After all, it started with a stone, then they made sharp stones, then a club, and the list goes on. Humans then made swords and bows and guns – in other words, it would be beyond moronic to think that the architects of the Constitution believed the musket to be the apex of weaponry. Unfortunately for Liberals, their own argument – that the Second Amendment was made with muskets in mind – is obliterated by the times in which the amendment was drafted. At that moment, there were guns far more sophisticated than the musket and would have been considered “assault” weapons at the time. High capacity – being able to shoot upwards of 20 rounds or more – firearms were available, and the Founding Fathers were fans. Solidifying his argument, Crowder goes on to explain that James Madison even had cannons. In essence, those who wrote the Constitution knew there would be weaponry advancements to come. The Second Amendment was put in place to ensure the power stays in the hands of the people – literally. They knew that if it came down to the government becoming too powerful and time for another revolutionary war, the only way Americans would be able to defend against tyranny would be with equal firepower. So, yes, while hunting is great, the truth is that our Founding Fathers were very specific in their wording. If they meant “just for hunting” or “just muskets,” they would have said so. When do you know that you live in a tyranny?

Question: When do you know that you live in a tyranny? Answer: When the citizens vote to ban red light cameras and the city reacts by suing them. The county of St. Charles County, MO have filed a lawsuit against their OWN CITIZENS. The citizens of St. Charles County expressed their anger with the use of red light cameras in their town. Seventy-three percent of those who went to the polls approved a measure to ban red light cameras. However, the fat cat bureaucrats, apparently afraid of losing the money generated from the rights-violating red light cameras, don’t like that vote. They are now taking action to punish the citizens for trying to undermine their perceived authority. The cities are claiming that the measure, which was passed by voters, is unconstitutional. Their claim is well founded. In order to have an action brought against you, it much be with a person of like kind. Meaning a camera can’t file a claim against you. Politicians mandate that the citizens be extorted by removing due process and sending them tickets in the mail. However, if the citizens try and stop this act of extortion, it is “unconstitutional” and their consent is no longer needed. That is the world we choose to live. You vote and pay these guys to rob ans steal from you. And even when the American people speak up at the polls, it does not matter. Ultimately they are going to do what they want and to heck with the citizens. Are you awake Yet?
