Cops Turn Off Dashcam. Why?
An unarmed 18 year old, Cortez Bufford, found himself pulled over by police in St. Louis for allegedly making an illegal u-turn. This is the treatment he received.. Watch the video below… The police originally charged Cortez Bufford with a bizarre lengthy list of crimes that were later dropped… They said that Bufford was a suspect in a local shooting; that he had marijuana on him; that he had an illegal gun; and that he assaulted officers and resisted arrest. Curiously enough there was no drugs or guns found. oh yeah, and there was that illegal u-turn as well. Police dropped all charges. At about the 6:00 mark in the video, officer force Bufford out of his vehicle and begin beating him, tasering him and yelling that he should “remain still” and “stop resisting” all the while. He is never resisting. By 7:51 in the video, Officer Kelli Swinton approaches fellow officer Burkemper’s patrol car, as she loudly yells: “Hold up. Hold up, y’all. Hold up. Hold up, everybody, hold up. We’re red right now, so if you guys are worried about cameras, just wait.” That’s when the audio cuts out, and the video abruptly ends only eight seconds later. Bufford’s lawyers say that their client was brutally beaten once all of the cameras were off. Dropping the charges against Bufford was part of that. They have been hoping that this would all just go away, and indeed, for a while, it seemed that the events surrounding the shooting death of Michael Brown and the Ferguson protests were going to help them keep this buried. But now the videos are seeing the light of day, and it’s up to all of us to help spread the word so this ends up as headline news! Are you awake Yet? What is Wrong with People? Fundraiser Set Up For Cop Who Paralyzed Innocent Grandfather
An online fundraiser for Madison police officer Eric Parker, who is facing charges of third-degree assault after brutally attacking 57-year-old Sureshbhai Patel, who does not speak English, has raised over $3,000 in only three days. The campaign- that has currently been shared nearly 600 times on Facebook, has a goal of $10,000 and 28 days left to reach it. Sureshbhai Patel is an Indian citizen who had come to the United States to help his son and his wife with their new baby as his son went back to school for his master’s degree. The innocent grandfather was taking a morning walk on February 6, when a neighbor called the police. The neighbor described the gentleman as, “a skinny black guy, he’s got a toboggan on, he’s really skinny.” When police arrived to unjustly harass him, he could not understand their commands or what the situation was. This resulted in the barbaric Officer Parker throwing him face first into the ground while holding his hands behind his back. Patel was left temporarily paralyzed and hospitalized with fused vertebrae, all because he could not understand what the officers were saying to him. The man had simply been out for a walk and had committed absolutely no crime to warrant being approached, let alone assaulted. The department has publicly apologized to the family and arrested the officer. He was freed the same day on a $1,000 bond. Who in their right mind can watch the dashcam video of this incident, and somehow think that officer Parker is the victim? Are people so blinded by the blue line that they cannot see a criminal act when it is explicitly captured on video and shown to them? This is now how to interact with the public. The video clearly shows this guy was doing nothing wrong. To make things worse, someone setup a fund raise for this... read more

You Be The Judge – Are Police More Dangerous To Citizens Than Criminals?
Update This cop was criminally charged in this incident and fired. It was determined he used unnecessary force. Is it me or are the police more dangerous to the public than criminals? Why is this not in the news? There are no words for this. Can you see any reason for this officer to take this man down the way he did? Any reason? The man is not struggling in any way and it seemed to office had his hands. So what gives? This police officer injured him seriously. He had to undergo surgery to fuse two vertebrae in his spine and that he was still unable to move his left leg. And for what? He was just out for a walk. This should piss you off America. When are you going to say no more from tyrannical government? They use force, threat and violence to get you to comply. Are you awake Yet? Civil Disobedience: Never Take The Plea Deal When You Are Innocent
A Man Arrested for Drinking Iced Tea in Parking Lot Finally Cleared After Two Years Yes, you can be arrest in America for drinking tea. This cop did not like that this man was asserting his rights and it hurt his ego. He should be fired, period! It pisses me off that it took two years for this guy to get the charges dropped. That is the rigged system we have in America. They drag it on and try to get you to take a plea deal. It did not work. He was doing nothing other than standing in a parking lot and drinking a can of iced tea. But he found out that this can apparently get you arrested, all on it’s own. That’s what happened back on the evening of April 27th, in 2013. Two men had been outside waiting for friends to arrive. They were standing in the parking lot of a Liquor Store. One of those two men was Christopher Lamont Beatty. He was holding a canned beverage, while his friend, Tino Brown, was on his cell phone. A unidentified and plain clothes man came up to Beatty and demanded to know what he was drinking. The man said he was “the police”, but failed to produce any badge or identifying proof that he was a member of law enforcement. The plain clothes cop said he was sure the two were drinking alcohol. In reality, however, Tino Brown’s drink turned out to not be alcohol at all. Beatty, for his part, had refused to hand his drink over. He showed it to the unidentified officer, proving that it was only an AriZona-brand drink, “Half-and-Half” iced tea and pink lemonade — not alcohol. The unidentified strange told Beatty was under arrest. It turned out this guy actually was a cop, an Alcohol and Beverage Control Law Enforcer, Rick Libero. Officer Libero threw Beatty face-down to the concrete in handcuffs. Watch the video of the entire incident below… Prosecutors pressured Beatty to accept a plea deal, but he held out and now he has finally been vindicated. The Cumberland County District Court Judge Lou Olivera decided to dismiss the charges against Beatty last Thursday. Judge Olivera said that the stop was unconstitutional and that the officer had no reasonable suspicion to stop and question Beatty. Beatty has said the pending charges have made it difficult for him to get a job. The case has been repeatedly delayed... read more

70-Year-Old Abused and Arrested By Power Tripping Cop for Walking with a Gold Club Cane
Seattle, WA — A 70-year-old retired Air Force veteran was abused and arrested for absolutely no reason at all. William Wingate, a man with no criminal record, was walking down the street, as he does every day, using a golf club, which he has re-purposed in to a cane. He’s been using this cane/golf club for 20 years. On July 9, 2014, however, his daily walk would cross paths with overzealous Seattle Police officer, Cynthia Whitlach. Completely out of the blue, at 1:00 in the afternoon, Whitlach pulls up to Wingate and demands he drop his cane. Wingate, obviously surprised and confused as to what was going on, tries to figure out exactly what it is Whitlach wants. “Drop the golf club!” screams the officer, seemingly jacked up on her authority. “What? this is my golf club,” says Wingate having absolutely no idea why Whitlach is demanding he drop it. “You just swung that golf club at me,” Whitlach yells. “No, I did not!” exclaims Wingate. “Right back there,” Whitlach says back. “It was on audio and video tape.” The fact that Wingate never swung the golf club at Whitlach and no video was ever produced showing this, did not stop this tyrant from kidnapping and caging this innocent man. “On the video, Officer Whitlach can be heard insisting that the recording would show Wingate swinging his golf club at her and hitting a stop sign with it. According to the SPD, there exists no video to back up this claim. The allegation that he swung at the police car counld not be corroborated by any other facts and was not caught on any video. What was caught on video was him minding his own business with the golf club at his side.” The video of this incident is saddening and deplorable. To watch an innocent man, minding his own business while out for a walk on a beautiful day, be deprived of his freedom by a cop on a power trip, is disheartening, to say the least. After backlash from the community and lawmakers, SPD Chief Carmen Best issued an apology to Wingate, But why? If he did in fact swing the club as she stated, why the apology. This officer still combs the streets looking for innocent old black men to abuse. She received not one day of suspension for depriving an innocent man of his rights, and only had to undergo counseling from her supervisor; a... read more
