How well do you know the law?

The problem with the modern era teaching of law is that it ISN’T an educational process, it’s an INDOCTRINATION process. And it is to teach you to ignore the first rule of government as to its legitimate purpose and exercise of power and authority, respect and protect individual rights above all things, including and especially while the governmental actor is exercising his/her delegated powers and authority. No judicial decision should begin with ANYTHING less than “does this governmental exercise of power violate an individual right or private property, and if so, then it is an ILLEGITIMATE exercise of that power.” And if it doesn’t, preferring instead to create a “balance” where the two are given equal consideration and treatment, that opinion is DEAD WRONG on those grounds alone. Why is such an opinion dead wrong? Because a thing delegated cannot result in an increase of power and authority that supersedes or amplifies the power and authority of the one actually doing the delegating, i.e. no man can give away that which he does not rightfully possess in the first place. Furthermore, a power and authority delegated as being applicable to all MUST be something rightfully possessed and delegated by all, or the ones that did not wish to delegate such power would be under an unlawful coercion to abide by the will of the majority, making us a democracy where rights are decided by majority vote rather than a republic where individual rights are paramount and protected. Of course you could argue that criminals could then protect themselves from any and all punishment by simply refusing to agree to the delegation of such governmental powers and authority as could hold them accountable. However, a criminal has no inherent right to avoid punishment for actual crimes the criminal perpetrated against another, so would have no power to deny that delegation by the lawfully (not legally) acting people as a whole. I hope that sticks with you as you watch what develops in your ‘education’ by those that want power and control over the ability to deny the proper doctrines of equal application and protection of the law over that of responsible consideration of our individual rights for their own private profit and gain, i.e. the inherently corrupt attorneys and judges of America. Think about that the next time you get a speeding ticket. Statues and City Ordinances are not and have never been lawful. Wake... read more

You don’t know this yet… but government is the most dangerous threat most of us will face in our lifetime.

Government is the most dangerous threat to man’s rights: it holds a legal monopoly on the use of physical force against legally disarmed victims. So Why Are We Ignoring The Most Dangerous Threat To Mankind? Essentially, the operate under ‘color of law’ and uses this to oppress the people, and separate established wealth from everyone else. They use of intimidation and threats to get you to comply. Take taxation for instance. While there is no law that requires you to pay taxes, you still do anyway. Why? Because of the threat of jail. Millions and millions of people guilty until proven innocent, often labeled as “tax cheats” who are targeted without due process and with police state vengeance… and now, they are attaining the power to revoke your passport if you don’t pay what they say you owe! This is a must see documentary… and one to share with friends and family while they still have the nation’s ridiculous and obscene tax burden on their minds. Don’t go back to watching Kim Kardashian or Walking Dead. Wake up before it’s too late. Are you awake yet? P.S. Yes, it is true. There is no law that requires you to pay taxes. I dare you do find proof... read more

We Don’t Need a New President – We Need a New System and a New Consciousness

We Don’t Need a New President – We Need a New System and a New Consciousness by Makia Freeman What the United States needs most right now is a new consciousness, and a new system which springs from that elevated consciousness – not a new president. Here we are again in the midst of another long election cycle in the US, and what has changed? Yes, there are more “outsiders” this time, to the extent that you can call Sanders (a career politician) and Trump (a billionaire intent on always getting the best deal, in true capitalistic style, no matter what) “outsiders”. You see it every election cycle; a new candidate emerges, promising hope, change and sometimes even a revolution. But how often does it actually lead to significant, lasting and beneficial change? Can any candidate really deliver as much freedom, peace and abundance to the average person as much as an improved new system? The “Hope and Change” Ride Many get swept away by the euphoria of it. Obamamania was a classic example. Obama was Mr. Hope and Change, but as many have noted, he turned out to be Bush on steroids, or tyranny with a smiley face. Obama has continued and expanded all the wars he inherited, spearheaded a whole new type of war (remote controlled drone killings) and signed pieces of legislation like the NDAA which allows Americans to be held indefinitely without trial, in gross violation of the 6th amendment among others. Is this the kind of hope and change people thought they were getting when they voted for Obama? Hope and change, or similar notions, are almost always seized upon by politicians vying for office, because they play off people’s dissatisfaction with the status quo. However, history shows us that generally the promised change never quite happens in a way that’s good for the people. The movement or revolution in the making tends to dissipate once the candidate takes office. It leaves us betrayed and trapped, like a donkey tricked into doing hard work, reaching forward for the carrot on a fishing line that always remains out of grasp no matter what he does. Although Bernie Sanders is clearly of a higher moral character than Obama, what will his brand of “change” be? If he wins, will he just be the leader of another phantom movement? The US President Has Too Much Power — Whoever It Is We may get a new president, but... read more

Unlocking the iPhone is ‘Trivial’ the FBI is Deceiving the Public to Spy on Them

The US public doesn’t need a Digital Security Commission, they need the FBI to stop deceiving everyone and tell the truth that it wants to spy on Americans. Republican Michael McCaul, Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee and Senator Mark Warner, a member of the Senate’s Select Committee on Intelligence have introduced a draft bill that would create a ‘Digital Security Commission.’ It is supposed to help the US federal government better manage issues with encryption and better control the competing interests of law and technology companies. The proposal came amid the ongoing legal standoff between Apple and the FBI over a San Bernardino attacker’s cellphone the feds want to decrypt. When we hear ‘The Digital Security Commission,’ what comes to mind? More spying, period!. Let’s make this issue simple for the American public and for the FBI, who clearly doesn’t understand. These devices are computers, whether it is an Android phone, iOS phone, or whatever. Inside – is a processor, which is a computer, the instruction set, which is the iOS, and all the applications that you run and the memory – in which you store your data. Let’s take the FBI case. The FBI wants Apple to change their software, so that it removes the check for security, so that we don’t check for security anymore. Once it has that software, they can use that software on any phone. But they say they only need it for one phone. Anyone can exactly learn how we do this. You need a hardware engineer and a softer engineer. The hardware engineer takes the phone apart, and copies the instruction set, which are the iOS and applications and your memory. And then you run a program called a disassembler, which takes all the ones and zeros and gives you readable instructions. Then the coder sits down and he reads through. What he is looking for is the first access to the keypad, because that is the first thing you do, when you input your pad. It’ll take half an hour. When you see that then he reads the instructions for where in memory this secret code is stored – it is that trivial – a half an hour. The FBI knows this, Apple knows this. And this is not an indictment of Apple. Any computer that falls into someone’s hands, anybody can do it, which is why corporate datacenters keep their computers locked up; and this is why we... read more

Why Obama and Hillary Must Stop Donald Trump at All Costs

What would happen if Trump were elected? Actually – it’s scary if you’re a politician! Actually, no matter what everyone thinks about Donald Trump, the writer of this article, Wayne Allyn Root is a respected journalist and was a candidate for Vice President with the Libertarian Party in 2008. Root does have the correct take on the dismal state of the American political system, which is totally corrupt. It is well worth your time to read this very interesting article. This is well written and gives Middle Class Americans something (a lot) to think about! Some people are getting very nervous, including Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton and Jon Corzine, to name just a few – and I know why. I wrote a book entitled ‘The Murder of the Middle Class’ about the unholy conspiracy between big government, big business and big media. They all benefit by the billions of dollars from this partnership and it’s in all of their interests to protect one another. It’s one for all and all for one. It’s a heck of a filthy relationship that makes everyone filthy rich – everyone except the American people. We get ripped off. We’re the patsies. But for once, the powerful socialist cabal and the corrupt crony capitalists are scared. I’ve never seen them this outraged, this vicious, this motivated or this coordinated. Never in all my years in politics have I seen anything like the way the mad dogs of hell have been unleashed on Donald Trump. When white supremacist David Dukes ran for governor of Louisiana, even he wasn’t treated with this kind of outrage, vitriol and disrespect. When a known fraud, scam artist, and tax cheat like Al Sharpton ran for president, I never saw anything remotely close to this. The over-the-top reaction to Trump by politicians of both parties, the media and the biggest corporations of America has been so swift and insanely angry that it suggests they are all threatened and frightened like never before. Why? Duke was never going to win. Sharpton was never going to win. Ron Paul was never going to win. Ross Perot was never going to win as a third-party candidate. Those candidates either didn’t have or couldn’t spare the billion dollars it takes to win the presidency. But Donald Trump can self-fund that amount tomorrow and still have another billion left over to pour into the last two-week stretch run before Election Day.... read more
