Ending the Ownership of Money and Transitioning Into A Cashless Society
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you are well aware that some of the world’s most powerful countries are insolvent due to ever-increasing debt. At this point, the economies are being held together through only one factor: continued faith in the currency by the average citizen. As soon as that faith disappears, the economies will crash. Not surprisingly, the leaders of these countries and their close associates (the banks) are actively seeking means by which they can escape the effects of the crisis they have created and still retain some sort of control. So how can they maintain their control? One way in which they will accomplish this will be the elimination of cash. This will be done to prevent a run on the banks in which the average citizen simply removes his money from the system. However, such a removal would be made impossible by ending the existence of bank notes. It would be replaced with an electronic currency system, so that the only “cash” that exists is a credit in a bank account. Are you starting to get the picture here? The thought of going to a cashless society seemed to many at the time to be both alarmist and ridiculous. Mankind has always had hard currency in some form, something physical that could be held in the hand. But with computers, the elimination of physical currency is not only possible but starting to happen.. Banks, with the support of legislation, are going to require that all transactions (even the purchase of a candy bar) be electronically performed by the account holder. Once this has been achieved, two other advantages (to the bank, not to the account holder) become possible. First, paper currency can be eliminated, which assures that, no matter how bad things get, account holders can’t remove their cash from the bank and stuff it in a mattress at home, since no physical cash exists. Second, banks could then charge account holders interest for their savings accounts, since transactions could take place only through the banks. News flash, they are already doing this. Now the concept of electronic currency is no longer the stuff of fairy tales. Most of the world’s governments have passed laws restricting the amount of cash an individual might use. Our Supreme Court Is A Disaster
Many people are looking at the recent Supreme Court decisions about ObamaCare and same-sex marriage in terms of whether they think these are good or bad policies. That is certainly can seem like a legitimate concern, for both those who favor those policies and those who oppose them. There is a deeper and more long-lasting impact of these decisions that raise the question whether we are still living in America, where “we the people” are supposed to decide what kind of society we want, not have our government impose their notions on us. The Constitution of the United States says that the federal government has only those powers specifically granted to it by the Constitution — and that all other powers belong to the people. Oh, did you forget that part? That is the foundation of our freedom, and that is what is being dismantled by the Supreme Court’s decision on Obama Care and the redefinition of marriage. Last year’s Supreme Court decision declaring ObamaCare constitutional says that the federal government can order individual citizens to buy the kind of insurance the government wants them to buy, regardless of what the citizens themselves prefer. The Constitution gave the federal government no such power, but the Supreme Court did. It did so by citing the government’s power to tax, even though the ObamaCare law did not claim to be taxing! This year’s ObamaCare decision likewise ignored the actual words of the law, and decided that the decisions of 34 states not to participate in ObamaCare Exchanges, even to get federal subsidies, would not prevent those federal subsidies to be paid anyway, to Exchanges up by the federal government itself. When any branch of government can exercise powers not authorized by the Constitution, “we the people” are no longer free citizens but subjects, and our “public servants” are really our public masters. And America is no longer America. The freedom for which whole generations of Americans have fought and died is gradually but increasingly being taken away from us with smooth and slippery words. This decision makes next year’s choice of the next President of the United States more crucial than ever, because with that office goes the power to nominate justices of the Supreme Court. Democrats have consistently nominated people who shared their social vision and imposed their policy preferences, too often in disregard of the Constitution. Supreme Court Ruling On Gay Rights Just Reinforced The Constitutional Carry Debate, Am I wrong? The Supreme Court handed down their ruling that couples of the same gender now have the right to get married in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This Monumental decision trumps gay marriage bans in 14 states. With same-sex couples already signing on with the government to tie the knot in 36 states and D.C. SCOTUS’s ruling on Friday means the remaining 14 states will have to immediately cease enforcing their state bans on same-sex marriage. This strike of the gavel concludes about 20 years of Supreme Court litigation over gay rights. The Highest Court in the land used Section 1 of the 14th Amendment to solidify their argument.. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” Utilization of the Constitution in such a specific manner the court is saying that the Due Process Clause extends to “certain personal choices central to individual dignity and autonomy”. So the geographical barriers between the states are omitted as far as what you can and can’t do. Today these states must mesh together using this same “due process clause” that the almighty Supreme Court of the United States just applied to gay marriage and do away with any ban on carrying guns on U.S. soil. So today we can carry our guns in any state without breaking any laws, because the Supreme Law of the land just granted us the right to do so again. Police Shut Down Girls’ Lemonade Stand
Andria, left, and her sister, Zoey, stand by the lemonade stand that was shut down by police on Monday for not having a permit. Yes, you hear correctly. Sisters who set up a lemonade stand to fund a Father’s Day gift on Monday were shut down by the police due to a lack of permit. They set up the lemonade stand to raise the $105 they needed for tickets to the Texas waterpark Splash Kingdom. They were selling lemonade for 50 cents and kettle corn for one dollar on their street in the town of Overton, but about an hour after opening, police showed up and told the girls they needed a permit to sell the lemonade. Police agreed to waive the fee of the permit, which normally would cost $150. “The officer told them they had to go to city hall to get a permit. We all now a permit it just another way of saying permission. According to a Texas law, the sale of food that requires temperature control to prevent spoiling is illegal without a permit. Their mother wrote that she was feeling defeated. “The police department was very nice to us and provided us with the correct paperwork to get a ‘lemonade selling permit,’” she says. “This is unreal! It’s just lemonade! I almost feel slapped in the face as a return for the effort my family puts into our community!” Instead of pursuing the permit, the girls will set up a new stand this Saturday.
